The pioneer year of the LPU Culinary Institute–Laguna, the leading and most advanced culinary school in the south, has officially opened! Commencing its first offering, the lifestyle module that offers one- to three-day hands-on training with highly competitive chefs such as Chef John Carlo B. Palacol and Chef Marc Christian C. Medallon. In its fresh kickoff, the director was quoted, “We want the institution to be known as the center for modern culinary principle, we want to influence our province and this should start with us,” Chef Abram Emmanuel R. Peralta, Director of LPU Culinary Institute–Laguna.

Now, the LPU Culinary Institute–Laguna has its 4th batch for Professional Diploma in International Culinary Arts (PDICA) consisting of 12 students per batch that costs Php 130,000.00 pesos which is good for one year. Soon, the said institute will launch its 5th batch of PDICA students this coming September 2016. The LPU Culinary Institute–Laguna kitchen operations is known for its sanitation standard, from kitchen facilities and equipment to ingredients released to students on its first class that underwent food safety and sanitation procedures. To top it all, the LPU Culinary Institute–Laguna is the only culinary school in the Philippines that has a 100% percent staff who are Commercial Cooking NC III holders and its managers are Commercial Cooking NC IV holders. Also, the LPU Culinary Institute–Laguna will be expanding its program for TESDA Center to be an assessment center for Commercial Cooking NC IV to be the 1st in the region of CALABARZON.
