College of Engineering and Computer Studies (COECS) offers a total of seven (7) programs namely: Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology.
COECS offers quality education evident on its pursuit to Outcomes-Based Education as a requirement to national and international accreditations (i.e PAASCU, PACUCOA, PTC and ABET).
Quality instructions are provided by teachers who are industry practitioners, Mastersdegree and PhD holders. Hands-on activities aid the lectures during laboratory sessions to enhance the competencies of each student through the use of high tech and on-the-edge laboratory facilities. Industry-linkage is another factor that contributes to the success of the college. Strong internship programs are shared by all programs evident through several MOAs among partner companies and suppliers.
COECS has a rich research program focusing on Robotics Technology, Electronics System, Hardware-Software Upgrading and Troubleshooting, Management System, Product and Process Innovation, Information Technology, Communication, Environment and
Management, Development of Instructional Materials, Development on Laboratory Manuals and Policies, Institutional Social Responsibility, Environmental and Sanitary Systems, Computer Security, Theoretical Computer Science, Biometrics Information, Computational Math and Algorithms, Computer Vision and Machine Intelligence, Intelligent Systems, Networking and Distributed Systems, Information Systems and Management Systems, Network-Based Applications and Technology-Driven Researches for community development.
In cooperation with the Institutional Responsibility Office (ISRO), COECS has been active in participating in community extension programs that foster learning and help to our adopted community through ALS and research outputs.
BS in Electronics Engineering (BSECE)
Electronics Engineering is a branch of engineering that integrates available and emerging technologies with knowledge of mathematics, natural, social and applied sciences to conceptualize, design, and implement new, improved, or innovative electronic, computer and communication systems, devices, goods, services and processes.
BS in Computer Engineering (BSCpE)
Computer Engineering is a profession that applies engineering principles and methodologies in the analysis, design, implementation and management of hardware, software and the integration of both.
BS in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
Electrical Engineering deals with the generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of electricity. It also deals with the design, operation and protection, maintenance and economics of electrical systems with emphasis ethical values on harness economically and safely the materials, and forces of nature for the benefits of society and environment.
BS in Industrial Engineering (BSIE)
The field of Industrial Engineering brings together the various sciences concerned with technology, the production of goods, performance of services and the way in which people work. Industrial engineers integrate human, information, material, monetary, and technological resources to produce quality and cost-competitive goods and services in a healthy and efficient work environment.
BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
Civil Engineering is a profession that applies the basic principles of Science in conjunction with mathematical and computational tools to solve problems associated with developing and sustaining civilized life on our planet.
BS in Computer Science (BSCS)
The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) program offers a relevant education in all aspects of computing technology to students who intend to succeed in industry, postgraduate study, or research oriented IT environment. It prepares students in diagnosing a wide range of computing technology issues, and in subsequently designing and developing the corresponding solutions.
BS in Information Technology (BSIT)
The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program is a collection of Information Technology (IT) tools, methodologies, techniques, and technologies applied to address business opportunities and organizational challenges. The BSIT program highlights the role of leadership in IT in creating the right IT systems, the importance of meeting agreed user requirements, and the effective use of appropriate technology and resources.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Specialization in Game Development is a program that combines the core program of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) and also specializing in game development on digital game design through the study of gaming technology, game and level design.
