STEP 1: Proceed to the Dean’s Office for the releasing of your Grade Slip and for the Advising and Enlistment.
NOTE:
1. For scholars and students with discount, please proceed to the Registrar’s Office for verification. (Forms are available thru your College Secretary)
2. For those students with Accountabilities, please proceed to the Accounting Office for payment.
STEP 2: Proceed to the Accounting Office for payment.
STEP 3: Proceed to the Dean’s Office for the printing of Registration form.
