Another laurel from the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management (CITHM) team! TEAM TYLOSE was hailed as the champion in the category 1 of the Goldilocks Cake Deco Challenge, held last February 25, 2016 at the SM North EDSA the Block.
Team Tylose members were Culinary students – Rikiel League, Rio Kurukaua, Shane Roldan, and Llana Alemana, and team leader Nelson Gamurot.
