In line with this life-saving principle, heartfelt congratulations are extended to the First Year AVSE students for their active participation in the enlightening seminar entitled “Fortifying Our Foundations: Building a Resilient Society through Integrated Action in Preparedness, Awareness, and Empowerment,” held last March 13, 2024, at the Lyceum of the Philippines University – Laguna.

Guided by the expertise of Mr. Erwin M. Pujanes, National Director of PHMI National Search and Rescue, the students gained vital first aid knowledge and developed an appreciation for its importance in both personal and professional settings. Through this meaningful learning experience, they are now better equipped to respond with composure, competence, and compassion in times of crisis—embodying the true spirit of resilience and service.

Sincere appreciation is also extended to Ms. Jisella Gesmundo for her leadership and partnership in making this event possible through the LTS-LC, underscoring the value of collaboration and community engagement under the NSTP 1 framework.
