The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing between LPU Laguna and the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) formally established a partnership promoting volunteerism, community engagement, civic responsibility, and sustainable extension programs. The activity also strengthened institutional linkages and opened discussions on future initiatives related to volunteer service, community development, student engagement, and social responsibility programs.

The event was attended by Donald James D. Gawe, together with LPU Laguna Chancellor Dr. Lerma Y. Calingasan, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Abram Emmanuel Peralta, and selected university officials. This partnership is expected to further strengthen cooperation between the academe and government agencies in advancing volunteerism and community empowerment.
