The 3rd Year BS Psychology students of the LPU-Laguna Psychology Society successfully conducted “Pathways of Growth: A Psychological Assessment of Adolescents” at Makiling Integrated School.
On this meaningful day, we were able to truly convey our purpose—to listen, to understand, and to support young learners in a safe and respectful space. Through collaboration, compassion, and guided practice, the activity became more than just a requirement; it became a sincere effort to serve the community and uplift adolescent mental well-being.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the faculty members, administrators, and students of Makiling Integrated School for warmly welcoming us and allowing us to be part of your school community. Your openness and trust made this initiative even more meaningful.
We are also deeply thankful to our psychology faculty professors, our organization’s adviser, Ms. May Marcell M. Corneja, RPm, RPsy — the invited licensed psychologist, and the ISR Office of Lyceum of the Philippines University–Laguna for their guidance, supervision, and unwavering support in making this community extension possible.
Small steps, sincere efforts, and shared hope—this day reminded us that service rooted in empathy can truly create impact.
