Strengthening Impact Through Community Extension!
Last June 25, 2026, the HR Department, in partnership with ISRO, successfully implemented “Strengthening Impact: A Whole-Day Seminar on Project Management, Teamwork, and Community Organizing.” The seminar aimed to strengthen the participation of administrative offices in community extension initiatives and empower participants with the knowledge and skills needed to design meaningful and sustainable programs.
The seminar featured insightful sessions from distinguished speakers:
📌 Session 1: Community Organizing Principles, Processes, and Practices of the ISR Office
👩🏫 Ms. Jisella P. Gesmundo
📌 Session 2: Teamwork, Leadership, and Collaboration
👩🏫 Ms. Joy Jacinto
📌 Session 3: Fundamentals of Project Management
👩🏫 Ms. Liz B. Miña
The seminar concluded with a collaborative workshop where participants, grouped by teams, developed and presented their proposed community extension projects. These initiatives are set to be implemented in the next school year, marking another step forward in fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and community engagement.
✨ Together, we continue to build stronger partnerships, inspire collective action, and create meaningful impact in our communities.
