Rationale

LPU-Laguna recognizes the significance of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework for addressing global challenges. In alignment with our commitment to excellence, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship, this policy outlines our dedication to integrating the SDGs into all aspects of our operations.

Objectives

1. To integrate SDGs into the university’s academic curriculum, research initiatives, and campus operations

2. To raise awareness and promote active engagement among learners, mentors, and staff regarding the SDGs

3. To collaborate with external partners, including local communities, businesses, and organizations, to address regional sustainable development challenges

4. To monitor and report progress regularly, ensuring transparency and accountability in our efforts
