Requirements

  • Original Copy of Form 138 (High School Report Card)
  • Original Copy of Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
  • LPL/LSC Entrance Exam Result
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 3 pieces of 2X2 I.D Picture (with white background)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

Procedure

  1. inquiry/application for entrance exam – marketing
  2. payment-applicant, cashier
  3. entrance exam-guidance
  4. admission – registrar’s office
    • a1 -submission of credentials
    • a2 – fill up of spdsu
    • a3 – interview w/ the dean
    • a4 -verification of scholarship
  5. enrollment
    • e1 – enlistment – registrar
    • e2 – payment – cashier
    • e3 – printing of registration form – registrar
  6. id and uniform – osas/bookstore

Requirements: 

  1. PSA Birth Cert. 
  2. PSA Cert. if married 
  3. TOR 
  4. Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer from last school attended 
  5. 2×2 pics 

Trimester Program 

=1st Tri (July-Oct)  

= 2nd Tri (Nov-Feb)  

=3rd Tri (March-June)  

              ** 12 Units are offered per Trimester.  

              * Masteral Program can be completed in” 18months.  

Entrance Exam: 

For Filipinos:   

  • Entrance Exam: 500 pesos  

For Foreigners: 

  • Entrance Exam $100 (one-time payment)  
  • Acceptance Fee: $100 (one-time payment)  
  • Foreign Student Fee: $100 (every Trimester)  

Tuition: 

*1,500 pesos per unit x 12units = 18,000 + 7,737.94 miscellaneous.  

*Total payment per Trimester= 25,737.94 pesos  

* Down Payment (6,000 pesos).  

 

Enrollment Procedure: 

  1. Entrance Exam (Result is not a prerequisite for admission. There is no right or wrong answer) 
  2. Interview with the Dean 
  3. Submission of requirements.

 

Instructional Delivery 

**Classes are every Saturday 8am-5pm.  

** We offer 1 subject for 1 month for 4 Saturdays.  

**We also offer the Executive Development Program.  

**We can also help deliver the program in your Company at your most convenient day and time       

   with at least 10 students.  

** Our Enrollment is an open enrollment. You can enroll anytime.

ETEEAP

Qualifications

  • ETEEAP applicants must comply with the following requirements:
    • Filipino citizen
    • At least 23 years old
    • At least High school graduate or the PEPT/ALS A and E result starting “qualified to enter in first-year college.”
    • Employment for an aggregate of at least five (5) years in the industry related to the academic degree program or discipline where equivalency of learning is sought.
    • The candidate must be proficient in a branch of the discipline applied for.

Requirements

  • 1×1 ID picture
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Barangay Clearance/NBI Clearance/Police Clearance (any of the three)
  • Notarized Certificate of Employment (Present and Previous Employment)
  • Most recent academic record/Diploma
    1. For High School Graduate:
      • Form 138 (Report Card)
      • Good Moral Character
      • Diploma
      • Form 137A- w/ remarks of “Copy for Lyceum of the Philippines Laguna Inc.”
    2. For Undergraduate or College graduate:
      • Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal
      • Official Transcript of Records, w/ remarks of “Copy for Lyceum of the Philippines Laguna Inc.”
      • Good Moral Certificate
  • Comprehensive Resume with complete job description
  • Certificates of trainings and workshops completed/attended
  • Certificates of individual proficiency in discipline or field of interest
  • Other documents or evidence of capability and knowledge if the field applied to has an equivalent and accreditation
  • Accomplished ETEEAP Application Form (2 Copies)
