Enrollment Procedure for High School
1. Application
- Fill out application form and get your Application Priority Number (APN). Click this link https://students.lpulaguna.edu.ph or scan the QR code.
- Click Register here as an Applicant button.

2. Downpayment
Pay the enrollment fee onsite or through Paynamics. Minimum downpayment of Php 7,000.00
To pay through Paynamics, follow these steps:
- Go to https://students.lpulaguna.edu.ph, click Applicant tab and use your Application Priority Number (APN) and Password to log in. (APN and Password are sent to the applicant after filling out the application form.)
- In the upper left side of the student portal’s main menu, select the Online Payment Center.
- Click the Non-Enrollment Related Fees tab and select Reservation from the dropdown menu. Make sure to check the box labelled reservation.
- Select Proceed to Payment. A pop-up message will appear to verify your payment. Click Proceed.
- Select Payment Options and check Terms and Conditions to proceed with payment.
- After payment, save the Paynamics reference number which will appear.
- Check the student portal to see the status of your online payment.
3. Submission of Requirements
Wait for the enrollment period to submit your requirements.
- Clear Copy of PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Two (2) pieces 2”x2” ID picture with white background and nameplate taken not more than 6 months
- Original Copy of Report Card (SF9)
- Original Copy of Learner’s Permanent Record (SF10)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (for incoming Grade 11 students)
- Original Copy of Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) or ESC Certificate (if applicable)
4. Interview
Interview with the High School Principal or a faculty member.
- Take the Entrance Examination
a. Fill out the Application Form
b. Proceed to the Cashier for Entrance exam payment.
c. Present the Official Receipt and Application form to the Guidance Counselor/Staff on the day of the examination. - Reservation
a. Proceed at the High School Department to Register.
b. Pay the corresponding Reservation fee at the Cashier (Php2000.00) (deductible from the total fees).
c. Return at the High School Department to finalize your Reservation. - OFFICIAL SHS ENROLLMENT: (April 24, 2017)
a. Submit the following to the Admissions Office:- Entrance Exam Result (Original)
- National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result (Original copy)
- Four (4) pieces identical 2×2 ID picture (recent) with white background and nameplate
- Photocopy of Applicant’s PSA birth certificate (authenticated)
- If applicant has dual citizenship, submit a photocopy of Philippine passport or Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino Citizen
- If applicant is not a Filipino citizen, submit a photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and a Special Study Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration
- Reservation Receipt (if available)
- Original copy of Report Card from High School (Form 138)
- Original Form 137-A / Student Permanent Record (if available already)
- Original Certificate of Completion (Grade 10)
- Recommendation Forms A & B
b. Proceed to the Principal’s office for the interview. (Both parent and applicant will be interviewed).
c. Proceed to the Cashier for the Tuition down payment.
d. Return to the High School Department for the releasing of the Official Registration form and Enrollment Kit.
e. Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs and Services for I.D. processing.
f. Proceed to Bookstore for the measurement and ordering of uniform.
g. Please take note of parent and student orientation schedules, claiming of books, etc.
