1. Submission of Admission Credentials for evaluation
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
- Certificate of Grades
- Course Description with Course Content
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- 2pcs. Identical 2×2 ID Photo with white background and nametag.
- Transcript of Records with remarks “Copy for Lyceum of the Philippines-Laguna INC”
2. APPLICATION
- Fill out application and form and get your Application Priority Number(APN) via QR below or thru this link here.
3. Payment
- Pay reservation fee of PHP. 5,000 onsite or through paynamics
4. Registration of Confirmation
Recieve printed copy of registration form.
