ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS
1. APPLICATION: Fill out application form and get your Application Priority Number (APN). Click this link https://students.lpulaguna.edu.ph or scan the QR code.

2. INTERVIEW: Go to LPU campus for a face-to-face interview with the college dean or program chair.
3. PAYMENT: Pay the reservation fee through Paynamics or onsite.
To pay through Paynamics, follow these steps:
- Go to https://students.lpulaguna.edu.ph, click Applicant tab and use your Application Priority Number (APN) and Password to log in. (APN and Password are sent to the applicant after filling out the application form.)
- In the upper left side of the student portal’s main menu, select the Online Payment Center.
- Click the Non-Enrollment Related Fees tab and select Reservation from the dropdown menu. Make sure to check the box labelled reservation.
- Select Proceed to Payment. A pop-up message will appear to verify your payment. Click Proceed.
- Select Payment Options and check Terms and Conditions to proceed with payment.
- After payment, save the Paynamics reference number which will appear.
- Check the student portal to see the status of your online payment.
4. SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION CREDENTIALS: Submit original hard copies of the requirements below.
For Incoming Freshman:
- Form 138 (Report Card)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- 2pcs. identical 2×2 ID Photo with white background and nametag
- Form 137 (Student Permanent Record) with remarks “Copy for Lyceum of the Philippines–Laguna, Inc.”
5. ENLISTMENT: Student will be enlisted by the admission officer once all admission requirements are submitted.
6. RELEASING OF OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM AND STUDENT ID: Student will receive an original copy of official registration form and student ID once enlisted.
Note: Transferees and foreign students must FIRST submit original hard copies of the requirements below before filing the application link.
For Transferees:
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
- Certificate of Grades
- Course Description with Course Content
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- 2pcs. identical 2×2 ID Photo with white background and nametag
- Transcript of Records “Copy for Lyceum of the Philippines–Laguna, Inc.”
For Foreign Students:
All documents for FOREIGN STUDENTS should have red ribbon or be DFA authenticated.
- Letter of Intent to Study addressed to the School Registrar
- Three (3) passport size color photographs
- Six (6) copies of student’s Personal History Statement (PHS-1998)
- Six (6) 2×2 photograph on plain and white background taken not more than six months prior to
submission - Two (2) original copies of Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records duly authenticated by the Philippines Foreign Service Post located in the student-applicant’s country of origin or legal residence
- Certificate of Good Moral Character and Recommendation Letter from the school last attended
- Notarized Affidavit of supporting bank statements to cover the expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses
- Photocopy of data page of student’s passport showing the date and place of birth
- NBI/Police Clearance (or any equivalent clearance)
- Duly Authenticated Birth Certificate by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)
